Kingery Named REALTOR® of the Year |
| Betty Kingery, Broker/Owner of Mountain to Lake Realty received RVAR's REALTOR® of the Year award on December 12th at RVAR's Installation and Awards Breakfast.
Kingery has been a REALTOR® for 11 years, serving in many volunteer capacities for RVAR and VAR. Kingery served as RVAR's President in 2013.
The REALTOR® of the Year award is RVAR's highest honor, recognizing a local REALTOR® who demonstrates outstanding REALTOR® spirit, business accomplishments and community involvement.

Cohen Receives REALTOR® Community Service Award |
| Jerry Cohen, of Park Place Realty, received RVAR’s Community Service Award at the Association’s annual Installation and Awards Breakfast held Friday, December 12th.
Cohen was recognized for his volunteer efforts with numerous organizations, especially the Jefferson Center. The Association made a $1,000 contribution to the Jefferson Center. The REALTOR® Community Service Award recognizes a local REALTOR® who gives of his or her time to an organization that improves the quality of life in the greater Roanoke Valley. | | | |

Coffey Installed as RVAR President |

Vic Coffey of RE/MAX All Stars was installed as RVAR's President on December 12th at RVAR's Installation and Awards Breakfast. Also installed were Donna Marie Harris of Long & Foster, REALTORS® as President-elect; Kathy Chandler of MKB, REALTORS® as Vice President and Donna Greer of Long & Foster, REALTORS® as Immediate Past President. One new Director was installed: Becky Fields of BHHS Premier, REALTORS®. Installed for a second term as Directors were: Fred Hall of BHHS Premier, REALTORS®, Adam Lynch of Berkshire Hathaway Smith Mtn. Lake, and Renee Wiggins of RE/MAX All Stars.
