Supra eKEY® app is a powerful tool that turns your Android or iPhone into a powerful Bluetooth key. This powerful tool provides an easy way for showing agents to access properties and for listing agents to track activity at client properties. The key holder can manage lockboxes, adjust settings, stay up to date with real-time listing details, and track showing notifications and feedback.
SupraWEB is specifically designed to manage key, key boxes, and listings. On the WEB agents can assign key boxes to listings and prepare customized listing reports for home sellers. On the SupraWEB agents can receive authorization codes and make certain changes to their eKEY® subscription.
Supra Keyboxes can only be opened with an authorized smartphone app and a valid PIN. This system prevents unauthorized access to properties. A record of each access is documented in the keybox and automatically delivered to Supra’s secure database. The record contains the date and time of the access, the name, phone number, office name, and office phone number of the person that opened the keybox.
NOTE: members are not required to use Supra e-Key® or lockboxes in their business; however, we encourage our members to utilize this secure system to grant entry into properties.
