The 2027 dues amount has been set at $705:

Anyone who pays dues on or before Monday, November 2nd (includes a November 2nd postmark) can take advantage of a $50 discount provided by RVAR. By taking advantage of the $50 discount, you will pay $655. The final date to pay 2027 dues is Tuesday, January 12th.
The dues bill includes a request for a voluntary contribution of $30 to RPAC (REALTORS® Political Action Committee.)
All members should have received an email on September 24th with instructions on how to access and pay your dues bill online. Simply login to RVAR.com and click on User Login (upper right-hand corner.) Follow the instructions to log in using your NRDS# and your last name.

For your convenience, there are four ways to pay:
- Pay online at RVAR.com. Credit cards accepted are: VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.
- Mail a printed copy of your invoice with your check payable to RVAR or credit card information to: 4358 Starkey Road, Roanoke, VA 24018
- Drop off a printed copy of your invoice with your check or credit card information to RVAR between 8AM-4:30PM OR use the drop box outside RVAR’s front door during or after hours.
